When it comes to casting ceramics and candles, there are many limitations regarding form and shape. The more complicated the form, the more parts are required for the moulds. For the Bitwax Series, Moon challenges conventions of casting with wax. By building moulds with tiny plaster blocks, the designer creates unique sculptural and functional pieces.
