Ancient Alien is a series of 3D-printed sculptural vases that reinterpret traditional folk motifs through a contemporary digital lens. Created by Warsaw-based studio Wontek, each piece combines woven-like geometry, expressive colour, and layered texture, reflecting the studio’s approach to digital fabrication as a form of weaving. Produced from renewable PLA bioplastic and fitted with a glass insert, the vases bring together craft heritage, technology, and material innovation in a functional sculptural object.
