Belgian-born Daphne de Gheldere trained in ceramics and glass at the Royal College of Art, having previously studied art & design at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam. Her sculptures draw on the diversity of nature, transforming the familiar into something unexpected.

Corail Rouge mirror takes the branching form of red coral, inspired by Corallium rubrum. Instead of the mirror’s usual straight lines and right angles, it grows into an organic, one-of-a-kind shape.
