Mint is pleased to present ‘Second Skin’, an evocative exhibition exploring how experimentation and unconventional processes have become the foundation for new creative directions in contemporary design. This exhibition offers a space where designers are reimagining the way materials are used, upcycled, and understood, not simply as functional components, but as carriers of narrative, transformation, and emotional resonance.
Mint’s selection of established designers includes, Dirk Van Der Kooij, Francesco Tellurico and Daniel Stefanita among upcoming talents like Sheyang Li and Aurélien Veyrat, who each offer a distinct yet complementary perspective on mindful making and transformative material application.
This year, in parallel we are also thrilled to welcome ‘Curated Connections’ co-produced by On & On Designs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, the Polish Cultural Institute in London, Let’s Art Foundation. Featuring visionary Polish designers, Marek Bimer, Formsophy, Kaska Harasym and Aleksander Oniszh, as part of the UK/Poland Season 2025. This collaboration highlights their relevance and originality within an international context.
Together with Mint’s curated selection of this year’s design graduates, these works articulate a vision of design that is adaptive, reflective, and future facing.
