Inspired by the dynamism and form of sharks, Ablaze questions the conventional finishing of timber. By combining firing and sandblasting techniques, the true nature of the material is revealed. Creating a tactile surface that is rich in texture and tone, transforming its appearance without the need for dyes or oils.
