AGF_01 Cabinet

Aurélien Veyrat sees bricks as archives of time and place. Each brick, sourced from construction waste, overgrown gardens, or obsolete industrial stock, carries its own identity: its tint, its texture, its story. He often starts with an antique piece of furniture, which is then reassembled and combined with cut and layered bricks into sculptural Fragments. Veyrat’s process is cyclical and seasonal: a meditative rhythm of collection, transformation, and reinvention across the year.
