These hand carved vessels are designed physiologically, highlighting the imperfections of wood to create beautifully crafted and striking pieces. To explore the boundaries of form, their bulging thickness and sinuous interplay of soft surfaces and iridescent details beautifully illustrate the best of traditional craftsmanship. The wood is sourced from West Dorset and is mainly wind fallen or dead from disease or age.
