Beyond Body Vessel

For this collection the designer aims to recreate and reshape the way humans establish relationships with nature. Steering away from an anthropocentric stance, the work illuminates the reciprocal interaction between humanity and the natural world, inviting viewers connect to the world around them. Each vessel is composed of several mushrooms to. They are held together by their own properties without any additional glue. Using common mushrooms from the supermarket such as white cap and chestnut, with human’s manipulation, such as binding, piercing and dehydrating, new species of fungi were created.
