Dark Concrete Side Table

Marco Iannicelli is an independent product design artist. His studio was established in 2010, immediately following his graduation from the Academy of Fine Arts, Maastricht (Netherlands). Although he successfully develops experimental projects, he thrives in creative interaction. He has collaborated with fellow designers throughout his career thus far. This collection appears light due to their refined structure, which contrasts thin, dark concrete with a structured dark oak frame. The distinctive table top is moulded from Opus Caementitium, the Roman equivalent to our modern concrete, and finally polished, which creates a refined semi reflective finish.
