New Wave Console

The New Wave collection utilises fibreglass, chosen for its beautiful raw aesthetic, and transforms this industrial reinforcement material into beautiful furniture. The pieces are created by hand-layering multiple layers of fibreglass cloth with resin into the desired shapes. After combining these shapes and sculpting the furniture the designer has achieved smooth transitions and organic contours that unfold in rhythmic ocean-like lines and produce silhouettes against the surface. Each piece is freehand shaped, and therefore all objects are individual and no two are the same.
