Cedric Breisacher is a Lille based, self taught designer sculptor whose work evolved from industrial design into an intuitive practice of wood carving. This side table is part of the Not Wasted series, in which Cedric Breisacher rethinks the use of materials by working with what already exists in the workshop. Made from Agglomera, a composite of wood shavings and starch glue, it combines reclaimed matter with a sculpted wooden structure. This approach questions resource use and encourages a more local and responsible way of producing objects.
