Seeing Glass Big Round

A series of glass objects resulting from an ongoing study into optical effects created with glass as the primary material. The designers experiment and investigate new possibilities and through the use of materials, colour and layering, unexpected effects are created which play with one’s visual perception as well as the surrounding space. ‘Big Round' utilises several layers of glass which sandwich a selection of colour foils to create a play of colour and depth within the reflective surface. Available colours: aubergine, orange, multi-colour and cobalt.
