Founded by designer Wang Xudan in 2012, the practice began with the creation of everyday metal objects such as tea and wine utensils. Over the following decade, it evolved toward contemporary art installations and sculpture. The brand carries forward a lineage of inherited sensitivity and artistry, where creativity and craftsmanship merge in harmony.
In the field of handmade metal craft, options for coffee brewers are relatively scarce in China. The design of the Snow Mountain Coffee Brewer follows a conventional form. The use of two pieces of bamboo-shaped ebony and rattan is purely for functional heat insulation, preventing heat transfer from the metal. The design adheres to: honest tactile quality, humble materials, and familiar forms seen in daily life.
