Holly Hooper is a British artist based in London, working primarily with glass and metal. Hooper’s practice explores the liminal space between memory and place; how a distant recollection can resurface as a fleeting image, a colour, a sensation. In When We Look to the Studded Sky, soldered stars glint above a fractured, luminous landscape where sharp contours intersect with delicate curved forms, continuing her ongoing investigation into memory and materiality.
