Cedric Breisacher is a Lille based, self taught designer sculptor whose work evolved from industrial design into an intuitive practice of wood carving. Intuitive Archaisme Massive Coffee Table is part of the Intuitive Archaisme collection, a series shaped by the instinctive assembly of forms. Carved with a gouge, it reveals the wood’s natural structure through repeated, rhythmic gestures, giving each piece a distinct identity. Visible tool marks echo primitive techniques and create a direct dialogue between maker and material, while soft pastel tones temper the raw surface and invite a more tactile connection.
