Blanche Vivet

Blanche Vivet uses fragments of the past to shape the futur. She aims to enlighten societal subjects that have been forgotten or haven't been considered enough yet. As a story seeker and a storyteller, Blanche uses narration and illustration as a tool to seduce. It becomes ornaments adapted to different mediums such as edition, textile, printing and digital. Her interest for gathered memories brought her to contextualize them. From the importance of archiving to the praise of aging, she likes to find magic in the second (or third, or fourth...) life, either it's an object, a textile, or a concept. She wants to bring the vision of a world that sees beauty in deterioration instead of always seeking for fresh new.

Blanche Vivet graduated from the Design Academy of Eindhoven in 2023 and is now developing her creative practice in Paris. In early 2024, she sat up an artist duo with her sister Adèle Vivet and they are currently members of an atelier and art collective called Turbo Collectif.
