Daan De Wit, born in 1995, is an accomplished Belgian object and furniture designer, he holds a postgraduate degree in Furniture Design, which he completed following his Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. De Wit started his own studio in 2019, where he produces work which combines various materials and techniques to produce small collections of objects, inspired by natural phenomena, systems and ideologies. By looking for the essence, he approaches materials as purely as possible. Techniques are not hidden away, but come to the surface to interact with the material.
