The designer employed a unique technique to craft this impressive coffee table, converting small amounts of veneer into hollow, conical objects. This innovative process minimises material usage and reduces waste compared to traditional wood forming techniques. By laser-cutting or water jetting sheet material into concentric layers and meticulously assembling them by hand, the designer creates organically shaped objects. The bamboo layers are then finished with a smoked glass top, adding an elegant aesthetic to any space.
