As a fashion designer, Liz initially focused on shoe design, working with wooden shoe lasts. She uses industrial waste paper as her base, creating a canvas for intricate collages of cut-out printed flowers. Using a specialised adhesive that dries to an eggshell-like hardness, she carefully applies and manipulates the floral elements, shaping them with precision. The papers chosen for decoration are thoughtfully selected to create a contrast that remains visually harmonious, adding depth and texture to her designs.
