Fungi Screen

This screen is created from dead beech trees with their native populations of fungi, recovered from the Italian Dolomite forest. The vertical arrangement evokes the original forest trees. The natural surface of the bark, along with the vegetation that has grown on it, is preserved using a special resin formulated by the designers. This process freezes this section of wood in time.
