Dichroic cast glass
This Time Rock Stack is made up of a collection of small rocks cast in dichroic glass. Placed by natural light and in combination with artificial lighting the colours in the glass will shift. The colours here are a very good representation of the glass we use in our Time Rocks including a golden colour that picks of tones of green in natural light and a beautiful sienna rock topping the stack. The shift of the colour throughout the day is gentle and enlightening.
Every piece of glass produced is taken from a cast of an actual rock or object and then formed in glass. All work is carried out by hand by an experienced team of artisans at the Max Jacquard Glass studio in the UK.
